As secretaries our job is to make your experience as interesting and impactful as possible, doing all sorts of jobs to prepare for the conference as well as supporting the process on the day.

We make your name badges, prepare your committee rooms, and pass notes to help with your lobbying. If there is anything you need, please do not hesitate to ask one of us, and we will either help solve your problem or point you to someone who can.
